I will do my best to accurately display the items and artwork, but you must understand that no piece will be exactly alike, and colors may appear differently in print than on screen.

Intellectual Property: All artwork remains my intellectual property, and it may not be reproduced in any way without my express written consent.

Pricing, Payment, and Shipping: I will do my best to have items shipped to you in a timely manner. Shipping delays may happen and are out of my control. I will attempt to replace items lost in the mail, but cannot be held liable for delays or other trouble with mail carriers. Pricing is subject to change for any item, but will not change for a certain order number after that order has been placed and paid for.

Dispute Resolution: Dispute resolution will take place in my home town. I will never be liable for more than the purchase price of a given order.
